Ingredients:

  • Lightly salted rice cake
  • Greek yogurt & chive dip from Trader Joe's
  • Smoked salmon
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • Red onion
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper
  • 1/2 of a tomato

Instructions:

Step 1: Spread the dip on the rice cake

Step 2: Add a layer of smoked salmon

Step 3: Top it with avocado, tomato, and red onion.

Step 4: Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste.
